Human Resource Manager
Hana Hashim holds a Masters’ degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Utrecht University, the Netherlands and a dual First degree in Human Resources and Business Management from Coventry University, United Kingdom. She has worked in the capacity of a Talent Acquisitor in the non-profit sector while researching and writing on the challenges faced in the sector. She translates the strategic and tactical goals of the dRPC into HR operational plans and activities. She manages all dRPC personnel matters and supports dRPC’s sub-grantees to recruit talent, conduct performance appraisal of staff, design training programs, and policies to retain and develop the best talent in NGOs as a third sector. Hana Hashim also works with the management team to develop, implement and monitor HR policies to nurture a positive working environment that drives high performance at the dRPC.
