Technical Advisor

Ubale Ibrahim Rano is a Retired Director of Planning Research and Statistics at the Ministry of Health, Kano State and a two-time Local Government Administrator in Kano state. He holds a Masters Degree in Public Health and is Public Health Planner and Policy Analyst with specialization in Gender Planning and Project Management. He has 10 years of experience working with the dRPC where he has managed and coordinated projects related to leadership development in public health for government officials at national and state levels.
