BiFTec adopts a transversal and multidisci – plinary approach to a broad range of topics related to the 4S pillars Science (Food Science & Engineering Technology), Sustainability (Sustainable Food Product & Food Process Design), Safety (Food Safety & Quality), and Simulation (Computational Food Science & Technology). More in-depth courses, a professional competence module and an MSc thesis project allow for specialisation in the domains of Innovative Technology, Energy & Food Chains, Risk & Safety, and Sustainable Food Production & Business. Upon successful graduation, you will receive a joint degree.
