About the Program

The GET Compass is a grant initiative by the Grooming Endowment Trust (GET) aimed at supporting early-stage small and medium-sized businesses across Nigeria. This program offers both financial resources and capacity-building support, equipping eligible enterprises with the tools to improve operations and scale sustainably.

What is Offered

• Equity-free grant funding of up to ₦2 million per selected business.
• Two-week intensive business training workshop held in Lagos, led by industry experts covering business development, marketing, and operational best practice.
  Mentorship and access to the GET ecosystem including peer networks and continued support post-program.

Who Should Apply

To be eligible, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Business owner aged 18 or older
• Enterprise must be operating for no more than 3 years
• Must be a registered business (CAC or relevant local registration)
• Must be available to attend a two-week workshop in Lagos
• Business must demonstrate active operations or growth potential
