About the Programme
The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) 2026 is a flagship workforce development initiative designed to help young Nigerian graduates transition from academic life to meaningful, hands-on work opportunities. The programme is a strategic response to graduate unemployment and underemployment, bringing together the Federal Government of Nigeria, the European Union (EU), and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) to connect talent with real professional experience.
NJFP places selected fellows in structured, 12-month paid work placements with host organizations across Nigeria, providing practical training, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities that strengthen employability, career readiness, and long-term success.
