About the Programme
The Lagos Business School Young Talents Programme (YTP) is a competitive leadership and career development initiative designed for outstanding young Nigerian graduates. The programme provides an intensive in-person learning experience focused on leadership, innovation, mentorship, teamwork, and career advancement. Participants will engage in problem-solving sessions, team projects, faculty-led mentorship, and networking opportunities aimed at preparing them for professional and academic success.
Programme Focus Areas
The YTP is built around three major pillars:
- Mentorship: Ongoing faculty and professional mentorship;
- Talent Development: Leadership, innovation, and critical-thinking training;
- Talent Sourcing: Identification of high-potential young professionals for future academic and professional opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold a First Class or Second Class Upper degree;
- Be under 30 years old at the time of application;
- Be currently undergoing or have completed NYSC;
- Hold or be pursuing a Master’s degree (optional);
- Not have participated in a previous YTP cohort.
