Nafisa Ado is an experienced education and development professional with over 25 years of experience in education programming, technical assistance, partnerships, research, monitoring and evaluation, and programme management. She has held senior roles with USAID, FCDO/DFID and Creative Associates International, providing technical leadership across education and learning initiatives in Nigeria.

Her expertise spans education systems strengthening, capacity development, inclusive education, community-based programming, research and impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement. She has extensive experience working with government, development partners and implementing organisations across Northern Nigeria, including leading and supporting major education programmes from design and implementation through monitoring, evaluation and sustainability.

As Senior Technical Advisor at the dRPC, Hajiya Nafisa provides strategic and technical oversight to programmes, supporting teams and partners to strengthen implementation, learning, quality and impact.
