Since 2019, the dRPC has also been a registered Third-Party Monitor with the USAID funded DevTech project, monitoring humanitarian programs in the Northeast. Under this engagement, the dRPC has conducted social sector  evaluations of USAID funded programs and joined DevTech in  reporting out directly to USAID Nigeria. DevTech Systems, Inc.
