Government Liaison Officer

Suleiman Mahmud Bala holds Masters’ degree in Dispute and Conflict Resolutions from World Education University (WEU) and a First degree in Mathematics.  He worked as a professional teacher in primary to tertiary institutions and a school principal for 30 years. He has 8 years’ experience working with the dPRC where he has designed and coordinated the implementation of 4 major donor funded education projects. During this time he has  supported NGO partners to implement dRPC funded education projects and has also forged productive collaborations with government for sustainability.
