Senior Fellow (Education)

Dr. Judith Giwa-Amu (She/her) is the Senior Fellow (Education) at the dRPC. She is responsible for partnership development and provides technical support to the dRPC BUILD Project. Through her engagement in the dRPC implemented BUILD- Safe schools project, she has worked with experts to build the capacity of government officials and member organizations of the CSOs Safe Schools Network in Nigeria on the International Safe Schools Declarations, the National Safe School Policies and its implementing guidelines. Judith has worked in the areas of Education and health in her 34 years work experience as a civil servant and in the international development space. She attained her Doctorate degree at the University of Lagos, Nigeria in Medical Microbiology and a Master of Science degree from the University of London, United Kingdom. Judith is passionate about early learning initiatives, schools safeguarding and inclusivity in emergencies.
