Program Officer – Budget and Policy Analyst

Kareem Abdulrasaq holds a Masters’ degree in History from the University of Ilorin Nigeria with specialization in Political Economic and Social History. As a writer, researcher and author, he is a trained peacebuilder, budget and policy analyst with rich experience in the development sector for over 6 years’ in several civil society advocacy engagements at both national and subnational levels in Nigeria. Kareem is currently working as a health financing expert. He is responsible for tracking, monitoring, and analyzing the health budgets and policies within Nigeria, West Africa, Africa, and the Global context. He is also responsible for developing programs and activities as well as training of CSOs on budget analysis.
