The Niger State House of Assembly has committed to capture the approved 15% of local government councils allocation to fund the State’s Primary Healthcare Development Agency. The House also assured that recommendations of the PAS coalition for implementation of the PHCUOR policy in all the councils in the state will be included in the 2020 Local governments’ budgets ongoing in the house. Clerk of the House Committee on Local government, Mallam Ahmed Musa disclosed this when the Niger state dRPC-PACFaH@Scale coalition paid an Advocacy visit to the joint committees on health, finance, appropriation and Local government affairs.
