Project Summary: This project is designed to equip the Rivers State Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Technical Working Group (TWG) with the knowledge and tools required to begin reporting GBV incidents into the National GBV Dashboard managed by the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs.

The training will cover the official reporting protocol, data entry procedures, and compliance requirements. It will directly support over 25 stakeholders—including the State Response Team on Violence Against Women and Children, FIDA Rivers, and local civil society organizations—whose GBV data has not yet been captured at the national level due to a lack of training.

By building this capacity, the project will enable accurate, timely, and standardized GBV reporting from Rivers State, improving visibility, coordination, and response at both state and national levels.
