The Growth4Her Accelerator Program is a 6-month investor-readiness initiative designed for women entrepreneurs in West and Central Africa. Focused on addressing the gender financing gap in Africa, Growth4Her provides participants with skills and resources to scale their businesses into high-growth, investment-ready ventures.
This year’s cohort invites applications from Nigerian women entrepreneurs who meet specific eligibility criteria, including majority female ownership or female leadership, financial thresholds in sales or assets, a commitment to female representation at the board level, and availability for an intensive training and mentorship schedule.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Business must be at least 51% female-owned or 20% female-owned with a woman in a top executive role.
- Annual sales are between US$35,000 and US$15 million.
- Assets between US$100,000 and US$15 million.
- Board of directors comprises at least 30% women (where a board exists).
- Workforce of 5 to 300 employees.
- Availability for a one-week intensive boot camp (virtual/physical) and an 8-week, 3-hour-per-week mentorship engagement.
- Applicants must hold a C-level position.
