Civil Society Organizations Kano Essential Health Services (CSOs 4KEHS) for Women, Children and Adolescents Project, which is funded by the Management Sciences for Health (MSH) through their COVID-19 Response and Recovery Small Grants Mechanism advocated to the Emir of Kano support in promoting the uptake women, children and adolescent health services in Kano State.

HRH the Emir of Kano responded: 

“To Allah be the Glory, as you have mentioned, this Emirate has a standing committee on health with which we hope you will continue to work with in order to ensure provision and amelioration of health care especially for women and children. I will like to use this medium to assure you the readiness of the Emirate and other emirates in Kano State to cooperate and collaborate with you in providing quality maternal health care and other health services for the community at large. Therefore, our door is always open for you for consultation, advice and collaboration in order to help the government provide health care and social services to the people. As I mentioned earlier, I will reiterate our support to your organization.”
