Executive Director

Dr. Judith-Ann Walker is the full-time Project Coordinator of all dRPC’s programs. She holds Masters’ and PhD in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, University of Erasmus, Rotterdam, the Netherlands and specializes in development project management, monitoring and evaluation. She has over 20 years programming experience in project design, development management, monitoring and evaluation and in mainstreaming gender in development interventions in Nigeria.  She coordinates the implementation of projects at the dRPC.
